We collect the information you provide when you create an account, build a profile, upload a CV or apply for a job. This includes your name, email address, phone number, employment history, education, skills and any documents you upload.

We use your information to operate the platform: to match you to relevant jobs, to allow our review team to screen applications, to share approved applications with the relevant employer and to send you service notifications.

3. Who can see your profile

Your full profile and CV are visible to our review team, and to an employer only after your application to that employer has been approved. You can mark your profile private at any time from your settings.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and security (CSRF protection, remember-me tokens). We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us; applications already submitted are retained in anonymised form for reporting.
