Yes. All access is role-restricted, passwords are hashed, every form is CSRF protected and all database access uses prepared statements. Admin and employer actions are recorded in an audit log.

For job seekers
Yes. Creating an account, building your profile and applying to any number of jobs is completely free. We never ask candidates for payment.
Every application is screened by our talent team before it is released to the employer. We check that your profile matches the core requirements of the role. This usually takes one to two business days.
Submitted - we have received it. Under Review - our team is screening it. Approved - it has been sent to the employer. Shortlisted - the employer wants to progress you. Interview - an interview has been scheduled. Offer - an offer is being prepared. Hired - congratulations! Not Selected - the employer has closed your application.
No. Each candidate may submit one application per job. You can withdraw an application and your profile updates will still be visible to the employer.
PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 5 MB. PDF is strongly recommended so your formatting is preserved.
Create an alert with a keyword, category and location. Whenever a matching job is approved and published, we email you and add an in-app notification.
For employers
Company accounts are usually verified within one business day. We check your company details and website before approval so candidates can trust every listing.
Each post is reviewed for clarity, legality and completeness before it goes live. This keeps the quality of listings high, which measurably improves the applications you receive.
Once our team approves an application it appears in your pipeline. Drag candidates between Shortlisted, Interview, Offer and Hired on the Kanban board, or use the table view. Every move is logged and the candidate is notified automatically.
If you need a specific profile urgently, submit an employee request describing the role, headcount, skills and urgency. Our team searches the candidate database and forwards matching profiles directly to you.
